About
- The first conception of Plenny was made public in 2018 as part of a series of private workshops and online audio sessions hosted by Charon V. The person or group behind this pseudonym shall remain of trivial importance for all times. Charon invented a few technical things and contributed considerable elements to the codebase of the computer experiment but left the project soon after. He/She/They have donated their pieces to the community which has since grown to an expedient number of participants from around the world.
- In 2019/20, a group of blockchain engineers has adopted the nucleus. They collaborate on their shared vision of supporting the growth of the Bitcoin Lightning Network in concert with the Ethereum ecosystem. In the current phase, the open source project cannot be reduced to a list of CVs on a team page. That is why the community consciously refrains from highlighting individual talents. Plenny is not about the performance of certain developers. Ultimately, the Dapp is more than the sum of its parts, not least because its benefits are meant to speak for themselves.
- Interested market players, lightning node operators, and community members are invited to try Plenny.crypto. Feedback is welcome!
